In-office planning.
Email and phone consulting.
On-site coordination.
Applying for applicable permits as required by the State of Hawaii.
Marriage license assistance.
Help with Vendor / Location recommendations etc.
Quick email and phone responses.
Inspiration and style ideas.
Organized and detailed confirmation of vendors and services.
A timeline for the day
Create Layout (not included for ceremony only).
Keep planning on track.
Logistical guidance to save you time and money.
Activity & accommodation assistance.
1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before
"Day of" Coordinator
Are you organized? Have experience with event planning? And have extra time on your hands to plan your own wedding? Then this could be an option. This option is not available for the hotels, Na Aina Kai and McBryde Garden (Certain local estates only).
Your Responsibilities:
Organizing your wedding plan.
Applying for applicable permits as required by the State of Hawaii.
Obtaining marriage license.
Booking and payment of all vendors.
Update coordinator on all vendor bookings and timing.
Create layout.
Keep planning on track.
Handle any required contracts.
Create a timeline for the day.
My Responsibilities:
On site coordination
Confirmation of vendors and services (day before the wedding).
1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before
